This Sunday, All Saints will worship at 8:30 and 10:30a.m.
Church School, led by Caroline Westin-Garcia, will begin in the Church and continue in the rector’s office. Child Care will be offered in the Pre-K room.
Julie Marshall will be the coffee hour host.
St. Nicholas will make his annual appearance during the 10:30a.m. service. This year, he will see a tree decorated by the Altar Guild after last Sunday’s services.
The Vestry will meet on Wednesday, December 7 at 6:30p.m. in the Guild Room.
The Annual Child Care Center Book Fair is continuing in the Guild Room until Friday. You may also purchase books online atscholastic.com/schoolbookfairs. Remember, that for every dollar spent, All Saints is credited with a dollar to spend on Scholastic Books!
Several pledges arrived on Sunday. To date, All Saints has received 25 pledges in the aggregate amount of $45,826. Sixteen of the 25 pledges represent increases over 2011. Last year, All Saints received 35 pledges in the aggregate amount of $54, 980. To add to the 2012 pledges, please make your pledge today!
The Advent Mini-Quiet Day is this Saturday at 9:30a.m. at The Church of the Atonement. Lynne and I will lead the retreat, and we will focus on Mary and the Magnificat, her song of praise from the first chapter of Luke. Please sign-up by contacting Andrea Pieper.
Remember to order a Christmas Poinsettia to help decorate the church by completing the form in the bulletin this Sunday or by contacting Andrea Pieper in the Church Office. Donations are $25.
The Friends of The New Milford Public Library will be holding a Holiday Shopping Boutique. on Saturday, December 17, from 1-5p.m. Vendors will include handcrafted jewelry; homemade chocolates; Origami; Arbonne; Partylite; Avon and more. The Friends Holiday Basket Raffle will also be held at 4pm and this year will included selected items donated by the Vendors
